These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of erogreek.com ("Platform"), an adult advertising service operated by:

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age;
• Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law;
• Not prohibited from receiving adult content under the laws of their jurisdiction.

By registering or using the Platform you confirm that all of the above conditions are met. Any person who does not meet these requirements must immediately cease use of the Platform. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Promptly update your information if it changes;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at contact@synden.com;
• Not share your account with any third party.

Multiple accounts per person are prohibited. We reserve the right to merge or suspend duplicate accounts.

4. Platform Services

erogreek.com provides an online platform enabling adult advertisers to publish listings ("Ads") and potential clients to browse those listings within Netherlands and internationally.

The Platform acts solely as a neutral intermediary. We do not verify the identity of advertisers beyond the information provided, and we do not participate in or arrange any interactions between users. All transactions, meetings, or arrangements between users are solely between those users.

We offer the following service tiers: Standard, Premium, Top, and Deluxe, as well as optional boost, banner, and story placements. Details and current pricing are available at /place-ad/.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content you grant Synden s.r.o. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purposes of operating the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload;
• All persons depicted in photographs or videos are at least 18 years of age and have consented to the publication;
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Create fake profiles or duplicate accounts;
• Spam, unsolicited message, or solicit other users outside the Platform's intended purpose;
• Scrape, copy, or extract Platform data by automated means without our written consent;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

7. Advertising Rules

Ads published on EroGreek must comply with the following rules:

• Age of persons depicted: All individuals shown in photos or videos must be 18 or older. Documentary proof may be requested.
• Accuracy: Ads must accurately describe the advertiser's services, location, and identity. Misleading information is prohibited.
• Photos: Photos must depict the actual advertiser. Stock photos or photos of third parties are not permitted without verifiable consent.
• No third-party advertising: You may not place Ads on behalf of another person unless you are registered as an Agency Manager and the person has consented.
• Explicit content: Sexually explicit imagery (genitalia visible) may only be uploaded to the designated "Spicy" gallery section, which is visible only after age confirmation.
• Legal services only: Only services that are legal under Czech law may be advertised. Advertising for services that constitute criminal offences under Czech or EU law is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any Ad that does not comply with these rules, without refund of any placement fees paid.

8. Zero-Tolerance Policy

• Human trafficking and any form of forced or coerced sexual activity;
• Sex trafficking or any conduct that exploits persons through force, fraud, or coercion;
• Sexual exploitation of minors — any content depicting or relating to persons under 18 years of age in a sexual context is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence;
• Any content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies sexual violence.

Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination, removal of all associated content, and mandatory reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities including the Czech Police (Policie ČR) and NCMEC where applicable.

If you encounter content or behaviour that may violate this policy, please report it immediately to contact@synden.com or use the in-platform report function.

9. Content Moderation

We employ a combination of automated detection and human review to moderate User Content. Content that violates these Terms may be removed without prior notice.

You may appeal a moderation decision by contacting contact@synden.com within 14 days of the decision. We will review all appeals and respond within 14 business days.

Third-party moderation tools, including automated image analysis services, may be used. These services process only the images submitted and are bound by data processing agreements.

10. Credits & Payments

Paid services on the Platform are purchased using EroGreek Credits. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law (see Cancellation Policy).

Credits have no monetary value outside the Platform and may not be transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store payment card details.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes do not affect already-purchased credits.

11. Liability

Our liability is unlimited in cases of intent, gross negligence, and claims under product liability law, as well as for injury to life, body, or health caused by negligence.

For ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

We are not liable for the accuracy, legality, or content of Ads placed by users. We are not a party to any arrangement between users and accept no liability for any outcomes arising from such arrangements.

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion removes your profile and Ads from public view; some data may be retained as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you breach these Terms, particularly in cases of illegal activity, harassment, or violation of the Zero-Tolerance Policy. In such cases, no refund of credits will be issued.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Where you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.

14. Dispute Resolution

Complaints should be submitted to contact@synden.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, EU consumers may use the following:

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
